OTCP acknowledges and respects the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and live.

OTCP has a genuine commitment to build a support service that recognises and respects the culturally diverse community that we work in.

As an organisation we take pride in embracing the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment Strategy as it enhances employment opportunities and career pathways for the first nation’s people of this land and those from culturally diverse backgrounds.

We welcome applications from members of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Salary Sacrificing

One of the great benefits about working for a charitable organisation is that we are able to offer our employees Salary Sacrifice.  This enables us to reduce the amount of tax we pay, and therefore increase our take home pay.

OTCP eligible employees may ”sacrifice” a proportion of their salary for things like: loans, credit card payments, general bills and holiday accommodation.  Other benefits include a meal entertainment card for tax free dining, tax free holidays and Private Health Insurance discounts.
